We provide birth doula services for expecting mothers and their partners.

What is a BIRTH DOULA and What suport does she offer?

Birth doulas are trained and experienced in providing emotional, physical and informational support to the mother before, during and just after giving birth.

Benefits:

• having a a birth doula present during birth has proved to result in a shorter labour

• fewer complications

• reduces negative feelings about childbirth

• reduces the need for ceasaran sections and need for pitocin, and other labour drugs

Birth doula packages include 2 prenatal visits, presence and support

 

 

during labour and 2 postnatal visits.
